Hello, I’m Steve Lawson. I have had the privilege of working within the Exeter-Milligan School system for over 20 years. I taught several years (elementary science), and have been the Technology Director for many years now. My job and my personal interests all seem to intermingle. When not at school I still seem to always be messing with the technology. (my wife is so impressed with the millions of tangled wires behind our home media system!). I enjoy toying with graphic and video applications on my Mac.

Prior to my tenure in Exeter, I served in teaching and administrative positions in Mead and Gresham Nebraska.

My wife Kay and I are blessed to have 3 children and 4 beautiful granddaughters. We enjoy traveling with family and friends.

One of my favorite sites is TED.com TED stands for Technology, Entertainment, Design. It started out (in 1984) as a conference bringing together people from those three worlds. Since then its scope has become ever broader. The annual conference now brings together the world's most fascinating thinkers and doers, who are challenged to give the talk of their lives (in 18 minutes). This site makes the best talks and performances from TED available to the public, for free. More than 200 talks from our archive are now available, with more added each week. These videos are released under a Creative Commons license, so they can be freely shared and reposted.
